Braman Comprehensive Cancer Center

For the Mount Sinai Braman Comprehensive Cancer Center, CannonDesign specified floor-to-ceiling decorative glass to create a signature donor recognition feature wall within the lobby. Custom fabricated within Skyline’s Chicago facility, the glass is a result of four decorative processes in tandem: color-matched digital gradient, laminated with an etched pattern from Skyline’s design library and back-painted for opacity. Inspired by the center’s waterfront setting overlooking Biscayne Bay, the glass delivers visual depth and subtle movement while reinforcing the project’s contemporary seaside aesthetic.

The result is a distinctive feature wall that supports both donor recognition and wayfinding, demonstrating how multiple decorative glass techniques can be integrated into a single architectural installation.
