1K Fulton
1K Fulton, originally a 1920s cold storage facility in Chicago’s West Loop, has been transformed into a cutting-edge LEED Gold certified building by Sterling Bay and Hartshorne Plunkard Architects. Spanning 550,000 square feet, it now houses office and retail spaces, including Google’s Chicago headquarters.
