Clark Lindsey Village

A new wellness center at Clark-Lindsey Village in Urbana, Illinois, is part of an expanded master plan by architects Perkins Eastman. This senior living community features comprehensive wellness programming and facilities designed to provide excellent care while blending with the environment. Key goals included ensuring privacy for the aquatics facility and creating a visually appealing focal point. To achieve this, a parking lot adjacent to the pool necessitated a visual barrier that still allows natural light in.
