Kelly Harris Smith

Kelly Harris Smith is a designer and creative director specializing in natural and sustainable materials for commercial and residential interior design. Her award-winning designs are distinctive for their pattern, color, and innovative functionality. Smith was named “Emerging Product Designer” at NYCxDesign, and her graphic throw blankets are included in the Cooper Hewitt Design Museum Shop. Her training as an architect at Northeastern University informs her design.

Skyline x Kelly Harris Smith, Color + Water
Watercolor studies scanned and printed onto large scale architectural glass at Skyline’s Chicago factory. Designed with health-centered environments in mind, the collection is scalable and color customizable for partitions, wall cladding, and feature walls.

Inspired by color, transparency, reflection, and the shifting qualities of water, the collection grew from a series of watercolor paintings that began as a way to slow down and reconnect with the creative process.
