Key Responsibilities
- Review and prepare graphic files for production, ensuring they meet all technical specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and correct design, color, and format issues before production.
- Collaborate with designers, production teams, and clients to resolve any pre-production issues.
- Maintain and update preflight procedures and documentation.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry standards and trends in graphic design and production.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience in prepress, file preparation, and print production processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

- We are currently hiring for individuals experienced in the following areas:
- Large Format Ceramic Frit Printer Operator
- Flat Glass Grinder / Edger Operator
- Flat Glass CNC Operator
- Waterjet Operator
- EVA Glass Laminating Technician
- Flat Glass Tempering Oven Operator
- Sheet Metal Fabrication
Hourly pay: $20/hr
Pay and commission commensurate to experience.
