Sales & Design Coordinator
About the Role
As a Sales & Design Coordinator, you’ll be the connective link between our sales representatives, national sales director, customer service team, and the design community. You’ll work directly with architects and designers to translate creative intent into glass solutions, helping make Skyline’s products clearly understood and successfully specified. This role blends relationship building, project coordination, and product expertise — ideally suited for someone with A/E/C industry experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as a liaison between designers, sales representatives, and customer service account coordinators.
- Partner with architects and designers to interpret design intent and recommend appropriate Skyline product solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with design firms and key accounts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Skyline’s full product portfolio, sustainability practices, and customization capabilities.
- Provide technical and aesthetic guidance on glass selection, privacy levels, acoustic performance, and applications.
- Document project details, design intent, and order status in the ERP system.
- Support sales representatives in delivering timely and accurate proposals, samples, and project updates.
What you will bring to the role:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both creative and technical audiences.
- Preferred: prior experience in the A/E/C industry (architecture, engineering, construction) or familiarity with design and specification processes.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or design-related client support.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in design, interior architecture, or related field preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP or CRM familiarity a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Genuine interest in design, architecture, and material applications.

Account Coordinator
As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting sales representatives and clients throughout the manufacturing project process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all architectural glass projects in an assigned US territories
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Use company ERP software to document project updates and process orders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of customer needs and objectives
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives via phone and email
What you will bring to the role:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- At least 2 years proven work experience in customer service or relevant role
- Preferred: prior experience in the A/E/C industry (architecture, engineering, construction) or familiarity with design and specification processes.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at once while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Warehouse Sample Specialist
As the Warehouse Sample Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing sample glass production on the shop floor, updating work tickets, responding to email, and shipping out samples in a timely fashion. You will be working closely with sales support staff as well as glass production workers.
Duties Include:
- Prep glass samples for production
- Oversee glass through sequence of production steps
- Send emails and updates to sales support in a timely fashion
- Monitor inventory sample requests for processing and shipping
- Create and print labels for sample tracking
- Pack and ship glass using UPS and FedEx accounts
- Update shipping dates and enter in company’s ERP software
- Monthly inventory counts and enter data in company’s software system
Qualifications
- Spanish and English proficiency preferred
- Organized with a high attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Assertive, with good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working and communicating with office and shop personnel
- Can work independently
- Comfortable standing for long hours
- High school graduate
